Call Forwarding Off Premises
Incoming calls can be redirected to your mobile or other number if you are not at your desk. This call forwarding function can be set easily on the keyphone without having to program it on the main system.


Expert Call Handling

Voice Response System (VRS) and Voice Mail

The VRS allows you to record up to 48 VRS messages, including Automated Attendant greetings and a General Message. This results in prompt, accurate handling of incoming calls. As these messages are personalised, incoming calls can be handled in the user's native language.

The advantage of built-in VRS and voice mail is that they do not occupy any extension ports from the system.

When the outside caller leaves a message to an absent extension, the system can automatically place a call to the pager or external phone number preset by the user. Messages can then be accessed and required responses made from outside.
